Refund & Returns Policy

Every garment from The Drafting Room is made-to-order, crafted with precision and attention to detail exclusively for you. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind, preference, or incorrect size selection.

Instead, we operate with a commitment to quality and fairness under our “Repair, Remake, Refund” promise:

  1. Should a fault arise, we will first seek to repair the garment.

  2. If repair is not possible, we will remake it.

  3. Only where neither option is viable will a refund be offered.

This approach ensures your investment is protected, while also respecting the bespoke nature of what we create.


Reporting an Issue

We ask that you carefully inspect your garment upon delivery. If you believe it to be defective, damaged, or not as ordered, please notify us immediately at info@drafting-room.co.uk so we may resolve the matter without delay.


Returns Procedure

If a return is authorised, you will be provided with:

  • A return shipping label, and

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your garment.

Please note: items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exceptions

Due to their bespoke and personalised nature, our garments are exempt from statutory “cooling-off” rights, including the EU 14-day cancellation period. Similarly, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

Once your garment has been received and assessed, we will confirm whether a refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete processing. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, kindly contact us at info@drafting-room.co.uk.
