At The Drafting Room, each garment is made-to-order with care and precision. Processing and delivery times therefore vary by piece and are clearly stated on the product page. These timeframes reflect the craft required and the standards we uphold.

Should an unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified without hesitation and kept updated until your garment is safely in your hands.


Domestic Shipping

  • Processing: Orders are prepared in line with the lead times published on the product page. As our pieces are created individually, they do not dispatch within a standard “1–3 business days.”

  • Delivery: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times will vary according to location and the service chosen.

  • Tracking: Once your garment has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, which will become active within 24 hours.


International Shipping

We are pleased to ship worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

Please note that customs procedures may extend delivery times. Any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed upon entry are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, The Drafting Room cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. In such cases, we ask that you contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all packaging and goods to support this process.
